3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

• Written confirmation is issued by PalmeraTours

3.2 Payment Terms

• Deposits may be required at the time of booking.

• Full payment deadlines will be provided at booking.

• Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation.

3.3 Pricing

• May vary due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier price changes

Once full payment is received and confirmation is issued, the agreed price will be honored unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Client Cancellations

Refunds (if applicable) are subject to:

• Non-refundable service fees

Certain bookings may be fully non-refundable.

PalmeraTours is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses due to incomplete documentation.

7. Travel Insurance
